Our story

Ecogrip was born out of a passion for local craft breweries and a desire to create a closed loop system when it comes to single use plastic packaging.

This idea was crystalized during the pandemic of 2020 when global supply lines were disrupted and businesses needed to become creative in their approach to revenue streams and problem solving.

As a third-generation business owner of an engineering company that has specialised in consumer goods packaging for over 60 years, the disruption of 2020 pandemic provided that catalyst to create Ecogrip Industries. This is where our journey begins to provide a sustainable solution to single use plastic packaging by using locally sourced recycled plastic and keeping all manufacturing processes on shore and environmentally accountable.
